The padded forearm support is designed to take the weight of the arm, relieving the muscles and tendons in the neck and shoulders. The Ergorest clamps to the side of the desk and suitable for varying depths of desk top. Please specify shallow desk clamp for desktops 15-43mm thick or deep desk clamp for desktops for desks 34-64mm thick.

The clamp is also available with a high fitting up to 30cm above desk level allowing users to rest their arms high above the table for tasks that require it, such as assembly.
