Products may be returned to us in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 48 hours of receipt. Unwanted returns will be returned to us at your expense.
Faulty goods will be replaced upon proof of damage/fault at no extra cost to the purchaser. Items returned must be accompanied by a delivery note.
Chairs & Desks
Chairs and desks may be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition within 48 hours of receipt unless the items/s are bespoke. Unwanted returns will be returned to us at your expense. This does not include items sold on a sale or return basis, which must be agreed at the time of your order.
