Yes, at Shape we believe it is imperative that the equipment is correctly set-up and fully explained so that the user can get the maximum benefit. There may be certain input devices/software that the employer may not want us to install, in which case we would advise the customer on best use, but leave the installation to the employer.

Most of the time we are asked to install the desks, and this is normally done at the same time as the chair is delivered.

Prices quoted for delivery and set-up are subject to alteration depending on location.

How are the goods delivered?

We always try to deliver all goods at the same time, but in some cases our customers may need one item urgently, in which case we will always try to accommodate this request.

Our customers vary in how they want goods delivered. When delivering a chair, some prefer us to bring it at the time of set-up. Sometimes they are quite happy to have the chair delivered directly to them.  

Most small items are delivered fully assembled. larger items may be delivered unassembled/flat packed. Wherever Shape have been asked to set the equipment up, we will do so at an agreed time with the customer.

How soon are the goods delivered?

Whilst we operate a Quick Delivery Programme with some of chairs, the nature of our business requires many chairs to be custom made. Delivery times may vary between manufacturers, but we will allways try to deliver as quickly as possible. Please see our Quick Delivery Programme for information on which chairs are available within one week.

Whilst we have tried to include as many products as possible on the website, Shape can source many other products, so please do ask if you can't see what you are looking for. And don't forget that we can adapt many of the chairs to suit a wide range of needs, so if you need help on something complex, just give us a call and we will try to help.

The following chairs are all available within one week (This is just selection of the most popular), and we will always aim to set the user up the very next day if required.
