How to order & Trial Offer
Please be advised that we do not have an e-commerce site. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service, and feel that this service can only be maintained if we are able to discuss the needs of the user.
Many of our chairs are available to try for a period of two weeks (Terms & Conditions apply). Please enquire if you are interested in trying any of our products.
*Carriage charges may be applicable on trial chairs. Trial chairs may be returned at the customers expense by the end of the two week period.

We will require the following information:
- Delivery address and contact phone number
- Purchase order number, if used.
- Invoice address and contact phone number
- The make, model and colour you would like your chair and any special requirements you may have.
Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole of the UK.
Expected delivery times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose. We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient. Most of the popular models are available in only one week. We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid until the end of December 2010. Some prices may be subject to discounts for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject to change at short notice.
Delivery Charges:
Chairs: £17.50 + vat per chair (Except Bodybilt @ £35 vat/chair and Opera @ £25 + vat/chair). Discount available for bulk orders.
Desk delivery: £25 + vat for orders under £1000. Please enquire for a quote for on-site assembly.
Accessories: Minimum delivery charges on Accessories £12.95 + VAT.
