The RH Support Alternative is an ideal solution for users wishing torelieve strain on their backs whilst working in a forward leaning position. Tasks such as teaching at low desks leaning over children's work, doctors, dentists, chiripractors etc. The uique chestsupport allows you tolean forwad and take the weight off the spine whilst supporting a more natural curve. The design of the chest support does not obstruct movement of the arms and can be adjusted in height to suit the individual.

The RH Support can also be used for lower working positions making it ideal for teaching, industrial and other applications. The Support series provides variable adjustment of seat and back angle. A wide range of accessories enables flexible adjustment to individual requirements and working environments

The addition of the seat angle adjustment gives the user additional scope for placing the angle of the seat in just the right place, increasing comfort.

CHAIR MECHANISM - The RH Alternative comes with one mechanism (3G) allowing varying angle of the seat and backrest. This gives the user the benefit of adjusting their position to suit their needs when working at various heights and tasks.

GAJA and FAME Fabric are the standard UK stock fabric for the RH Chairs. The colours as seen below  for FAME and GAJA are on stock in the UK and available for delivery in one week. Comfort and Leather options are available on some models for quick delivery. Please ask for details. Digital reproductions of colours may differ slightly to the actual fabrics.

Warranty

RH chairs have a 10-year guarantee and are tested and approved in accordance with EN-1335-1 Class B, and EN-1335-1 Class A for ESD and Cleanroom models. The RH Logic and other ranges have received the FIRA awards for “Ergonomic Excellence”. For 24 hour use the chairs carry a 5 year guarantee. 

Delivery

On UK stock colours delivery is approximately 5 to 7 working days. Non stock colours are made in the factory in Sweden and shipped in approximately 4-6 weeks. 

Certain models, such as RH Support, and ESD?Cleanroom models may not be held in stock and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

On delivery we can arrange a suitable time to set the chair up for you 

How to order

Please be advised that we do not have an e-commerce system. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service, and feel that this service can only be maintained if we are able to discuss the needs of the user.

When you order your chair/desk, we will ask for details of colour and fabric and other specific requirements of your order.

Most chairs are available to try for a period of two weeks (Terms & Conditions apply). Please enquire if you are interested in trying any of our products.  

*Carriage charges may be applicable on trial chairs.

To place an order or discuss your requirements with us:

 We will require the following information:

  • Delivery address and contact phone number
  • Purchase order number, if used.
  • Invoice address and contact phone number
  • The make, model and colour you would like your chair and any special requirements you may have.

Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole of the UK.

Expected delivery times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose. We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient.

Most of the popular models are available in only one week. We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. For information of specific models, please see product pages.

Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid until the end of December 2011. Some prices may be subject to discounts for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject to change at short notice.

Delivery Charges:

Chairs: £17.50 + vat per chair Discount available for bulk orders.

Desk delivery: £25 + vat for orders under £1000. Please enquire for a quote for on-site assembly.

Accessories: Minimum delivery charges on Accessories £12.95 + VAT.
