All BodyBilt Big and Tall chairs provide exceptional comfort with upper and low back support for users up to 35 stone (500lbs). This model features a reinforced seat structure that is 22% larger than average seats, accommodating workers above the 80th percentile. This models includes the height adjustable head rest.

10-Point Posture Control adjustability puts at your command the tools to address and alleviate stressful aches and pains so often escalated by inferior chairs.

The deeply contoured seat on this model is one of our most popular designs. With passive weight distribution via surface contact this model encourages proper-seated posture and cushions the high-pressure points that lead to discomfort on flat seat designs. For special needs, an array of optional features is offered to address almost every seated task in the office.

The J style mechanism rocks from a center-pivot point under the seat, and allows for the backrest depth adjustment feature.

Warranty

BodyBilt chairs have a standard 3 year warranty. Fabric has a 3 year warranty. All warranties are based on normal wear and tear and single shift applications.

Delivery

On UK stock colours delivery is approximately one week. Non stock colours are made in the factory in the USA and shipped in approximately 6 weeks.

On delivery we will arrange a suitable time to set the chair up for you.
 

Set-up your chair

When ordering your chair we will ask you if you would like one of our trained staff to come and set up your chair and adjust the settings to suit you. This is the best way of making sure that you get the real benefit from the chair.

Alternatively we can call you to talk you through the adjustments over the phone. This can often help when arranging an appointment is more difficult, or when location prevents us from getting there quickly.

How to order

Please be advised that we do not have an e-commerce system. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service, and feel that this service can only be maintained if we are able to discuss the needs of the user.

When you order your chair/desk, we will ask for details of colour and fabric and other specific requirements of your order.

Most chairs are available to try for a period of two weeks (Terms & Conditions apply). Please enquire if you are interested in trying any of our products.  

*Carriage charges may be applicable on trial chairs.

To place an order or discuss your requirements with us:

 We will require the following information:

  • Delivery address and contact phone number
  • Purchase order number, if used.
  • Invoice address and contact phone number
  • The make, model and colour you would like your chair and any special requirements you may have.

Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole of the UK.

Expected delivery times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose. We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient.

Most of the popular models are available in only one week. We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. For information of specific models, please see product pages.

Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid until the end of December 2011. Some prices may be subject to discounts for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject to change at short notice.

Delivery Charges:

Chairs: £17.50 + vat per chair Discount available for bulk orders.

Desk delivery: £25 + vat for orders under £1000. Please enquire for a quote for on-site assembly.

Accessories: Minimum delivery charges on Accessories £12.95 + VAT.
