Grahl SPS Duo-Back Type 11 with multi-lock titling action and weight tension control and knee tilt function.

Duo-Back® is equipped with a unique dual backrest, with the two elements moving independently of each other.

Height adjustable, the backrests correctly support the back of any user. The space between the pads allows the spine to move freely. Instead of putting pressure on the spine, support is evenly distributed throughout the back muscles.

The backrests are pivotally mounted enabling them to move in all three axes – forwards and backwards, up and down and left to right. The shape and mobility of the backrests ensures that they follow the contours of the back as it moves, stimulating muscle tone and blood circulation.

The special bowl shape formed by the two backrests provides optimal support. Every movement of the back leads to a counter movement of the backrests. This causes a massaging effect. Duo-Back® relieves pressure on the invertebral discs by approximately 50% more than standard backrests.

Fabrics

Extreme Fabric are the standard UK stock fabric for the Grahl chairs. Black Havanna is normally held stock in the UK and available for delivery in one week. Digital reproductions of colours may differ slightly to the actual fabrics. Some models may not be held in UK stock - please ask for details.

Warranty

Grahl Duo-Back® has a two-year guarantee subject to fair wear and tear. Fabric warranty is dependent on manufacturer’s guidelines.

Delivery

Some models are kept in stock for quick delivery (2-4 days). All other chairs are made to order in the factory in Germany. Delivery is approximately 6 weeks on non-uk stock.
 

Set-up your chair

When ordering your chair we will ask you if you would like one of our trained staff to come and set up your chair and adjust the settings to suit you. This is the best way of making sure that you get the real benefit from the chair.

Alternatively we can call you to talk you through the adjustments over the phone. This can often help when arranging an appointment is more difficult, or when location prevents us from getting there quickly.

How to order

Please be advised that we do not have an e-commerce system. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service, and feel that this service can only be maintained if we are able to discuss the needs of the user.

When you order your chair/desk, we will ask for details of colour and fabric and other specific requirements of your order.

Most chairs are available to try for a period of two weeks (Terms & Conditions apply). Please enquire if you are interested in trying any of our products.  

*Carriage charges may be applicable on trial chairs.

To place an order or discuss your requirements with us:

 We will require the following information:

  • Delivery address and contact phone number
  • Purchase order number, if used.
  • Invoice address and contact phone number
  • The make, model and colour you would like your chair and any special requirements you may have.

Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole of the UK.

Expected delivery times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose. We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient.

Most of the popular models are available in only one week. We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. For information of specific models, please see product pages.

Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid until the end of December 2011. Some prices may be subject to discounts for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject to change at short notice.

Delivery Charges:

Chairs: £17.50 + vat per chair Discount available for bulk orders.

Desk delivery: £25 + vat for orders under £1000. Please enquire for a quote for on-site assembly.

Accessories: Minimum delivery charges on Accessories £12.95 + VAT.
