When developing the HÄG H09 strong emphasis was placed on aesthetics as well as ergonomics. Their designer has provided a variety of styles, colours and material from a contemporary and exclusive palette.

The HÄG H09 collection shares both style and essential functions with the working chair – and of course it encourages movement for an active sitting posture.

The state of the art quality of a HAG H09 starts with its individual parts. Exclusive leather and worsted wool provides a rich, soft surface. The spine is the backbone of the chair and gives it a sturdy yet sophisticated look.

Polished aluminium details on the armrests, backs and footbases are standard features for all models. Its manual adjustment system allows you to independently adjust several features, fully personalising your sitting experience.

The H09 9330 features an adjustable head rest, adjustable lumbar support and high backrest.

With an adjustable lumbar support, backrest tilt adjustment and free-floating mechanism, this chair is designed to follow your movements and provide maximum support where you need it.

The lockable tilt allows you to choose a position that suits you, or have it in free float mode where the chair will follow you.

Warranty

All HAG chairs have a ten-year guarantee and are tested and approved in accordance with EN-1335 Part 2

Delivery

HAG chairs are available for delivery in 5-10 working days (plus transportation) within the HAG FAST delivery programme. The colurs shown on the tab to the left are available in the FAST delivery (except for the H09 Range), otherwise, delivery will be 3-4 weeks from the date of order.

On delivery we can arrange a suitable time to set the chair up for you if required.

Set-up your chair

When ordering your chair we will ask you if you would like one of our trained staff to come and set up your chair and adjust the settings to suit you. This is the best way of making sure that you get the real benefit from the chair.

Alternatively we can call you to talk you through the adjustments over the phone. This can often help when arranging an appointment is more difficult, or when location prevents us from getting there quickly.

How to order

Please be advised that we do not have an e-commerce system. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service, and feel that this service can only be maintained if we are able to discuss the needs of the user.

When you order your chair/desk, we will ask for details of colour and fabric and other specific requirements of your order.

Most chairs are available to try for a period of two weeks (Terms & Conditions apply). Please enquire if you are interested in trying any of our products.  

*Carriage charges may be applicable on trial chairs.

To place an order or discuss your requirements with us:

 We will require the following information:

  • Delivery address and contact phone number
  • Purchase order number, if used.
  • Invoice address and contact phone number
  • The make, model and colour you would like your chair and any special requirements you may have.

Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole of the UK.

Expected delivery times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose. We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient.

Most of the popular models are available in only one week. We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. For information of specific models, please see product pages.

Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid until the end of December 2011. Some prices may be subject to discounts for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject to change at short notice.

Delivery Charges:

Chairs: £17.50 + vat per chair Discount available for bulk orders.

Desk delivery: £25 + vat for orders under £1000. Please enquire for a quote for on-site assembly.

Accessories: Minimum delivery charges on Accessories £12.95 + VAT.
