The Axia Pro: a perfect balance of ergonomics, function and style. It easily accommodates individual requirements and is suitable for reading, writing and working with VDU's. An office chair with remarkable adjustability, ideal for today’s demanding working environment.

Correct support is essential. The patented movement mechanism in the Axia Pro chair supports and relaxes the back, neck and arms in any posture, ensuring the feet always remain in contact with the floor.

The Axia Pro comes with a choice of two back rest heights, medium or high and is designed to maintain the natural curve of your spine by rotating the pelvis forward.

This chair can be optimally adjusted to meet the needs of the individual user. Functions which need to be changed during work can be operated on both the left and right hand sides of the chair. The Pro differs from the Office in having no independent backrest angle adjustment.

Fabrics

New Aquarius Fabric is the standard UK stock fabric for the BMA Axia and Nomique Savvi Chairs. The colours as seen below are a sample of stock in the UK and available for delivery in 6 working days days.  Digital reproductions of colours may differ slightly to the actual fabrics.

Liepzig and Pitch are also available on a 4 day lead time (Additional £25 + vat)

Warranty

Axia Office, Pro, Plus and Profit all have a TEN-YEAR guarantee and are tested and approved in accordance with EN-1335 Part 2, The Axia Office and has received the FIRA awards for “Ergonomic Excellence”. For 24 hour use the chairs carry a 2 year guarantee.

Axia Focus 24 Hour has a three-year guarantee and is tested and approved in accordance with EN-1335 Part 2, NPR1813 and BS5459.

Savvi has a five year guarantee and is tested and approved in accordance with EN-1335 Part 2.

Delivery

Delivery is approximately 10 to 14 days on all New Aquarius fabrics. Non stock fabrics are shipped in approximately 4 weeks.

On delivery we can arrange a suitable time to set the chair up for you.
 

Set-up your chair

When ordering your chair we will ask you if you would like one of our trained staff to come and set up your chair and adjust the settings to suit you. This is the best way of making sure that you get the real benefit from the chair.

Alternatively we can call you to talk you through the adjustments over the phone. This can often help when arranging an appointment is more difficult, or when location prevents us from getting there quickly.

How to order

Please be advised that we do not have an e-commerce system. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service, and feel that this service can only be maintained if we are able to discuss the needs of the user.

When you order your chair/desk, we will ask for details of colour and fabric and other specific requirements of your order.

Most chairs are available to try for a period of two weeks (Terms & Conditions apply). Please enquire if you are interested in trying any of our products.  

*Carriage charges may be applicable on trial chairs.

To place an order or discuss your requirements with us:

 We will require the following information:

  • Delivery address and contact phone number
  • Purchase order number, if used.
  • Invoice address and contact phone number
  • The make, model and colour you would like your chair and any special requirements you may have.

Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole of the UK.

Expected delivery times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose. We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient.

Most of the popular models are available in only one week. We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. For information of specific models, please see product pages.

Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid until the end of December 2011. Some prices may be subject to discounts for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject to change at short notice.

Delivery Charges:

Chairs: £17.50 + vat per chair Discount available for bulk orders.

Desk delivery: £25 + vat for orders under £1000. Please enquire for a quote for on-site assembly.

Accessories: Minimum delivery charges on Accessories £12.95 + VAT.
