Sit-Stand Stools

Sitting on a saddle stool, or sit-stand chair, differs from sitting on a conventional chair: Saddle chair users sit 20–30 cm higher, which puts the hips and the knees into approximately a 135° angle. This opens up the pelvic angle and helps to maintain the curvature of the spine naturally, relaxing your back muscles and supporting the upper body.
