How to Order

WEB order Shipping Charges (UK mainland only)
£5 (ex VAT) - Minimum Order Charge for orders under £200 (inclusive of VAT).
FREE SHIPPING on WEB orders over £200 (inclusive of VAT)
For orders outside the UK please contact us for a shipping quote.
For items in stock we aim to process the order within 24 hours (Mon - Friday). Delivery is made by courier and may take up to 3-4 days, though often will be quicker. Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.
Where items are not held in our warehouse delivery times will vary.
Look for the 'Availability' details at the top of each product page for our delivery estimate.
If a product has 'choices' to make, once all choices are made the expected delivery time will be updated next to the 'Add to Basket' button.
Where chairs are being delivered to you via courier, and not being set-up on site by our own staff, this requires a signature upon receipt. Please sign as “unchecked”. Ensure you advise us of any damage, loss or faults within 24 hours in order to make a valid return claim.
Our couriers are only insured to deliver items to goods inwards, reception or your front door.
Where desk orders are not being installed by Shape, individual desk orders are delivered flat-packed for self assembly. For multiple Installations Shape will contact you to arrange suitable delivery/installation options.
Sale or Return Policy
If goods have been supplied on sale or return and you wish to return them within the 14-day trial period, you must first phone the office to obtain a Returns Note and Number. Goods must then be returned in their original packaging with the original Delivery Note and Returns Note enclosed. We do not refund the outward carriage charge nor do we pay for the cost of return.
Can I cancel an order online?
In some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please call us - 01629 814656. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to our showroom in Bakewell.
We're sorry that this cannot be completed online.
What are my cancellation rights under Consumer Contract Regulations?
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (which have replaced Distance Selling Regulations), if you buy online or by phone, you're entitled to cancel your contract with us and obtain a full refund if you request one no longer than 14 days after you receive the goods or services.
Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
