Posture & Product Advice

Can you set up my chair and/or desk at my home or place of work?
Yes! We do it all the time! With our delivery and installation service this can be arranged at a time and date to suit you* (This would be arranged with our logistics team and would be dependent on schedules within your area)

Will the delivery company move my items upstairs or into another room?
If delivery is made by a courier then they are not insured to carry equipment beyond the ground floor entrance. However, deliveries made by Shape personnel that are being installed and set up, will be delivered to the requested room.
